Legal Basis

Your data is processed automatically in electronic environment based on the legal grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract in accordance with KVKK Art.5/2-(c), the fulfillment of our legal obligation in accordance with Art.5/2-(ç), and our legitimate interest in accordance with Art.5/2-(f).

Disclosure

Your personal data is disclosed only to our suppliers who provide hosting and bot protection services to the extent necessary for the provision of the service. Other than this, it is not disclosed to third parties within or outside the country.

Your Rights Under KVKK Art.11

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, if it is, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, to request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request deletion or destruction, to request that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom the data is transferred, to object to any result being produced against you as a result of analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems, and to request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing.
